How it works
- Send your intake by email to hello@resumerise.co: your current resume, 1–3 target job postings, and the tier you ordered.
- Keyword and requirements extraction: the postings are read for the terms, skills, and requirements your resume needs to match.
- Rewrite: your resume is rewritten into an ATS-safe single-column template (Full Makeover also produces the paste-ready LinkedIn document). Nothing is invented; gaps are flagged, not filled.
- QA pass: a human-quality check of facts, keywords, and formatting — a hard step, never skipped.
- Export and delivery: DOCX + PDF (plus the LinkedIn document on the Full Makeover tier) delivered to you by email.
Every step is run by ResumeRise — there is no step handed back to you beyond sending the intake material listed on this page.
The clock rule (important)
All tiers: 48 hours, counting from completed intake — that is, from the email where your current resume and target postings have all arrived at hello@resumerise.co.
Turnaround counts from completed intake, not from payment. If intake is incomplete, ResumeRise will tell you exactly what is missing and the clock stays paused until it arrives.
What’s NOT included
Invented employers, titles, dates, or metrics — never, in any tier. Career coaching, interview preparation, and application submission on your behalf. Any guarantee of a job, an interview, or a callback — ResumeRise rewrites documents; hiring decisions are the employer's. Logging into or posting to your LinkedIn account (the Full Makeover tier delivers a paste-ready document for you to paste yourself).
Refund / cancel terms
Payment is upfront. Full refund before work starts. Once work has started, refunds are case by case: refunds under $50 are automatic on request; $50 or more are reviewed before approval. No refunds for outcomes we never promised (a job, an interview, or a callback).

What file formats do I receive?

Do revisions come with my order?
If anything in the delivery does not match the resume and postings you supplied, email hello@resumerise.co and it will be corrected. A change of target role is a new order, because the keyword work starts over.
